Arrow Access Panel Metal Faced Door Picture Frame Fire Rated 300mm x 300mm x 50mm

Access Panels are designed to conceal and secure areas in walls and ceilings where access is required to electrical, water and maintenance services, concealed behind or above them. It is designed to be fitted within timber stud/joists, concrete blockwork or metal track systems.

There are two frame surround types;

• Picture frame surround to give a neat finish around your pre-cut hole opening
• Beaded frame surround to accept a plaster skim to conceal the frame into your plastered wall

This access panel has a metal faced door and is supplied with a picture frame. The panel has a simple hinge system for ease and speed of assembly on site with pin location on one side and one screw fitting on the other. The panel is fitted with a budget lock as standard, but other locking options are available.

Access panels are manufactured from 1.2mm thick Zinc plated mild steel (BS EN 10025) for maximum rigidity. Stainless steel finishes are also available. The Access panels are painted in a polyester powder coating (BS EN 12206-1:2004) – White - RAL 9010 textured, as standard. This paint texture blends well with your plastered painted walls and can be overpainted with ease. Other colours are available to match your finished area.

This panel construction has been tested and complies with BS EN 1634-1:2014 and BS EN 1363-1:1999, reports are available on request and with quotations.

Supply installation instructions in the form of labels on the rear of the doors. The label will have the relevant certification standard that it complies to clearly marked. As part of our quality system, you will also find on the label, the identity mark of the quality inspector, who has done the final checks on your product.
