Spirit Levels
A spirit level, also known as a bubble level, is a tool used to determine the levelness or plumbness of a surface. It is made up of a transparent tube filled with liquid and a trapped bubble inside the tube. If the tube is placed on an uneven surface, the bubble will rise to the highest point in the tube. The position of the bubble indicates whether or not the surface is level.
