Returns & Exchanges

Here at Drywall Tools Direct we want you to be highly satisfied with your purchase. In the event you would like to return a product, we are only happy to help.

Please keep in mind when looking to return an item:

• You have 28 days from date of purchase to return your goods
• Only products purchased from Drywall Tools Direct can be returned to Drywall Tools Direct
• Products should be returned in an unused, resalable state including the original packaging and any parts included with the product
• Returns will need to be checked by our team on arrival at Drywall Tools Direct before any credits or refunds are issued
• If goods are being returned because they are not needed after you (customer) have taken delivery of the goods then it is down to you (customer) to pay and arrange the for the return of the goods
• A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless Drywall Tools Direct are at fault
• Out of date stock cannot be returned
• If an item is defective after use, you must immediately inform Drywall Tools Direct by emailing support@drywalltoolsdirect.co.uk and please include images and description of defect
• There may be restocking charges should you require Drywall Tools Direct to collect any unused, unwanted goods. One of our team will inform you of these charges before any collection is completed
