This panel is designed to fit into a structural membrane of a joint-less plasterboard wall & ceiling system. It is manufactured with a 20mm wide seamless / mitreless picture frame on all stock sizes and 25mm on bespoke. The panel has a Metal faced door. The panels door leaf is locked in place via a Flipfix Patented Flush Lock.

The beaded frame adds a unique touch of style and polished look alongside. To maintain peace of mind, this panel also comes with 1-hour fire rating, certified for integrity up to 600x600mm for ceiling and wall applications. Fire rating integrity is covered by Fire Certificate Number 393967 to BS EN1634-1:2014 and WF429533 to BS EN1634-1:2014 for wall and ceiling respectively. It is an important requirement that FlipFix clamps are used during installation in order to meet and adhere by fire test requirements.
